Cleartrip — Not willing to refund excess baggage charges | |
The e-ticket issued by ClearTrip clearly showing - Baggage info – Check-in: 40 KG, Cabin: 7 KG. Despite this I had to pay Rs. 3, 000 to the airline (as I was carrying 35 KG, much less than baggage allowance shown in the e-ticket) to continue my journey. This matter reported to ClearTrip on 10/12/2019 and they acknowledged the receipt of my email and said they will resolve the matter. Now 380 days passed. I followed the matter over 12 times so far.
