Cleartrip — online air ticket booking

While a customer is booking a ticket on your site Insurance of the trip comes as a default option. Sometimes in a hurry or otherwise this goes unnoticed and even if the customer did not want insurance, insurance has been done.
After that if customer wants to cancel the insurance and refund of the insurance amount that is not permitted.
Case in point is trip I booked today Trip Id[protected]
This is not a fair practice.
Request some body to look into this and arrange for :-
1. Refund
2. Change in booking site

Untill now there is no response from cleartrip.
i am going to take my complaint to the consumer protection department qatar within this week if i did not receive an update on my pending payments.
