Cleartrip — paid for an unbooked flight ticket | |||
While booking a flight, received an error page at the final payment stage about booking not successful. The amount is charged to me but booking status and trip id not conveyed via sms nor on email. I cannot even call to customer service for any assistance as i am not provided with any single piece of booking information such as trip id etc. Moreover the error page that i have attached promptly said that cleartrip would contact me as soon as possible to resolve my issue, which they haven't till date. Hats off to cleartrip that in today's world organization like this exist which has such a pathetic customer service, no one can contact them without a trip id. Was this information helpful? | |||

If you did not get the refund within 10 days, if your card had been debited, kindly:-
1. Attach: INVOICE or receipt, which state the sums and currency, our particulars, ID of issuer.
2. Keep and show copies of your own complain and reply, if given.
3. Probably, you need "to go to the court", if you need compensation in full.
For such type of dispute regarding the full compensation for 1 passenger, you can expect to hire the lawyer or a legal professional, charges from from Rs 4000, to assist you before the court.
The fair court shall award full compensation and the reasonable expenses, which incurred.
