I had booked my flexi delhi-dehradun-delhi bookings, for the first time with cleartip, for 14-15th february 2020 under trip id :[protected] and paid rs.6539/-.
However, due to pressing engagements, i wanted to change the delhi-dehradun flight and went to 'rescheduling' and did the needful.
However, to my surprise new booking of not only delhi-dehradun (14.02.2020) but also dehradun (15.02.2020) was made and was required to make payment of rs.7, 558.00. As i was in great hurry and was engrossed in some very urgent work, i paid this amount (Rs.7558/-) too. Thus a total of rs, 14, 097/-.
0nce i was free, i started trying your customer care number[protected], but was surprised that despite 10/15 attempts i could not get your customer care executive for clarification and refund.
I just gave up but it is shameless on your part that i could not get through your customer care executive on time and has unnecessary to bear more than rs.7500/- owing to your indifferent attitude.
Very pathetic experience and that too this was my first booking with you and of course would be last one.
