Dear sir/madam,
I made a booking in 12.4.22. After selecting the date, I made an attempt to pay Rs 27, 500/- using my Debit Card. The bank sent OTP and the payment was successful and the equivalent Sgd 514.86 was deducted and put on hold from my account immediately.
At 12.4.22 12.35am I received the PNR with confirmation. 5 minutes later at 12.40am I received another email stating the payment was unsuccessful and the trip was cancelled.
Now my funds Sgd 514.86 is deducted from my account. Let me know when it will be credited back to my account. I need the funds to book another flight ticket.
I have used several times Cleartrip to make flight arrangements. This is the first time, my ticket was cancelled after the payment was made. I’m very disappointed with you service and a nightmare dealing with Cleartrip.
Kindly return the exact amount deducted from my debit card immediately.
