[Resolved] Cleartrip — payment deducted but no confirmation received

I recently tried to book flight to phuket, the payment got deducted but did not receive any confirmation. I think there was site issue, it was too slow or maybe internet was slow. But there should be customer service executives available to execute the basic service of consoling and solving the customer complaints.
No one is available with cleartrip customer service with whom i can directly talk to resolve the issue.
I need to talk with someone about this issue and need my money back asap.
