Cleartrip — payment done but ticket not issued no trip id received

My name is manoj joseph. I have booked a ticket by cleartrip in kozhikod - kolkotta sector. Neither ticket was issued nor the trip id was given. The amount for the ticket to a tune of rs. 6030 was deducted from my account. Sinve the trip id is not issued i can proceed in contacting the customer care. There are no other options to contact the customer care. How can i get back the money for the ticket that was not issued?
