Cleartrip — 'payment not received' | |
Hi, i canceled my return flight from hyd to del on 14th jan (Booked from cleartrip) and is eligible to full refund with trip id[protected]. Even after so many follow-ups with their team, i haven't received any refund yet. They always make an excuse that the payment is pending with the airlines side but the airline has already clarified them keeping me in the loop on a conference call that the payment had already released from there side on 14th jan itself. I even reported this issue on their twitter handle but again of no use. Was this information helpful? | |
