Cleartrip — poor and helpless service provider | |||
By mistake my booking came on 16.02.18 instead of 15.02.18. We were very disappointed on services from cleartrip, since directly after booking we saw that dates are wrong we called to the service providers and they couldn't help us, saying that we are sorry which was helpless. Moreover, for half an hour of my phone call they couldn't manage to advise about the charges what gonna apply towards changing of my booking dates, promised that i will receive a call back, which is poorest advise in such situation when we are willing to do the changes immediately. Its helpless poor services which is not recommended to any of my friends all around the world. Was this information helpful? | |||

My trip id is [protected]. I am sorry to say this I am totally disappointment from your team.
I booked ticket Visakapattinam to chennai. But it is booked Chennai to Madurai.I am regularly followed your team.Your support team has assured minimum 24 hrs maximum 48 hrs.After 4 days also I asked my ticket status they simply said Our technical team is working on your issue.Within 24 hrs we will update your ticket status.
Again After 4 days also they didn't informed me.Now today I made call with your team they simply said this is your side only mistake.I am totally disappointed.
