Cleartrip — previous window of 21 days extended to another 21-45 days trip id[protected] | |||
On 12th april i spoke to trupti gaikwad customer care executive. This was done over an online chat line. She asked me to send the stamped refund sanctioned, by the check in desk at guwahati airport. I sent it by an email. She did not acknowledge the receipt of this. She sent a survey email of her services instead. 1. She should have acknowledged my email with the attachment sent-she did not. 2. Should have applied for a refund with a window of 21 days. Now i find that 21 days have elapsed. I am now told i have to wait 21-45 days for the funds to go into my account.
