Cleartrip — Problem faced by room booking through cleartrip | |||||
Iam Srinivasarao from the locality of vizag, as i've booked a room in hotel haritha mayuri resort, Araku for 18 october...through CLEARTRIP...and u hav mentioned my checkin time on 18 october 2015..when i went there with my family and showed ur trip id and a vochour they didnt allowed us, we asked them to check whether our room is reserved or not...and after waiting for more than 2 hours (asking all the rececptionists) they finally concluded no room is booked on the name of yours...my holiday, enjoyment, happiness time, travelling charges, and my room booking charges were lost...totally iam disturbed as i came with my family...ive booked few days bofore the journey and after cash withdrawel from my account..u hav also mentioned me .""Your delightning pillows are wating for you"" ..U HAVE'NT informed me whether it is cancelled or not...when i was at that hotel and calling ur customer support the recorded voice is asking to press the number and directions ..ive gone through that and a simple music was playing in the background with no help..WORST SERVICE BY YOU...iam totally cheated by your service ..so i've took a stamp from that hotel and dropping my complaint in the consumer court...then a call came to me regarding my booking...and in that call they r telling that they will give my money...but what about my happiness and holidays with my family and my travelling charge, food charges...WORST SERVICE CLEARTRIP...
