Cleartrip — Redemption of credit shell given by Spicejet

I had travelling ticket on 20/4/20 with spice jet. Flights got can celled due to covid reasons. I cancelled the ticket and spice jet gave me a credit shell. Also this is visible on spice jet site. While I am trying to book new ticket with same passengers and same credentials as used before . I am not able to use this credit shell amount on cleartrip site. Its frustrating as they do not have any contact phone and no response on mails despite so many mails. My ticket id with cleartrip is [protected]
