Dear team,
I booked flight via cleartrip, trip id:[protected] was cancelled by airlines and received email stating, eligible to claim full refund. So i contacted cleartrip team and asked to proceed for refund. But till date i didnt receive any refund amount. Have sent many reminders but no response from cleartrip even no call back after thr promise
Requesting you please look into this matter and help to refund my hard earned money.
