Cleartrip — refund for cancellation of booking

We try to book an online ticket from cleartrip.

Unfortunately booking is cancelled and our ticket charge is deducted from bank account.

We got a mail from you for refunding the same amount within 5 days.

But we didnt get the amount yet.
