Cleartrip — refund for my cancelled flight | |||
I was supposed to travel with my wife to toronto on 27th march 2020. Due to covid-19 lockdown etihad had cancelled my flight (Via abudhabi) and i initiated a cancellation on cleartrip app regarding the same. I received a confirmation email on the cancellation from cleartrip on 22nd march and even contacted their support regarding the same. They said the refund will be done in next 5-7 working days. However now when i check the status it shows that we have travelled on the flight and the cleartrip is showing us as a "no show" where in we have cancelled 5 days prior to the trip.
