Cleartrip — refund for non issue tickets

Cleartrip.com is not returning my money where cleartrip.com was unable to provide the tickets to me.

Ticket booking date: 18/07/2020

I have been trying to connect to them on daily basis, over email, site, twitter. But they are not responding.
