Cleartrip — Refund for the flight cancellation | |
I had cancelled my flight ticket due to the COVID19 in last March and i had a message from ClearTrip to refund within 60days. however, it has not been done yet with only reply on my claiming email for 2 times up to now. Has it been past for how many months to be refund? i saw a gulf news for a specific refund complaining and you guys committed to refund to him. what a ridiculous situation to me. what am i doing? "Dubai resident seeks refund of Dh798 on cancelled tickets, 18Aug.2020" my trip ID was[protected]. I am no longer being patient for the refund. i am really looking forward to your sincere consideration to expedite the refund process ASAP.
