Cleartrip — refund for trip id[protected]

On 1st december 2018, i was confirmed that a full refund will be processed. This communication was made via call and email both. It is 28th february 2019 and i have still not received the refund. The staff doesn't follow up and has no clue about the refund. When a full refund is confirmed, i get varied response from another staff on 20th december.

I am sharing all details with screenshot. I receive no replies to my email. The staff on 28th february 2019 shares that the refund will be processed on 1st march 2019 which is tomorrow. But keeps me on long hold.

I am waiting for 1st march 2019 hoping that the refund will be processed.

Updated by pragyan As per communications, I waited but still haven’t received the amount today. Many misleading conversations from Cleartrip & I request to process my refund asap.

Updated by pragyan Cleartrip has no professionalism in case of refunding process. Now I as customer has to again wait for 10-15 days.

When I was informed that on 1st March the refund will be processed, why is there a wait?

Would recommend other passengers to kindly avoid booking from Cleartrip.
