I was trying to purchase ticket on 26/03/2019 via cleartrip.in website, through netbanking, completed transaction, money transferred from my bank to cleartrip account, but ticket not issued.
I lost my money & its not refunded until now.

Company people had called me to verify the transaction Id & other details. later, one of my transaction money was refunded and next day, remaining money was also transferred. Thanks.
