Dear Sir, We have booked flight tickets thru agent Cleartrip in December 2019 for travel in May 2020.However, due to COVID, the airways has cancelled the flights. As it was lockdown and cancellation by airways, I am suppose to get the refund of my amount. Accordingly, I have requested the agent clear trip and the airways simultaneously. Indigo has refunded the amount to the agent.But the agent has taken many months to refund the amount despite receiving from the airways.
However, Go air has not refunded the amount as it's against their policy and he ce they were ready to give a credit shell which has to be used within an year.
Hence, in November 2020 they gave refunded the amount to the agent i.e Cleartrip.But, the agent has not refunded the amount till now despite getting credit to their bank account long back and the same was confirmed by the airways. Was this information helpful? |
