Cleartrip — Refund not being processed due to cancellation owing to COVID 19 | |
This is sheer mismanagement of public funds and this puts a dent on public trust in these online booking portals such as cleartrip, in this case. Airline has cancelled the flights and left the funds with cleartrip and cleartrip has so conveniently chosen to withhold my funds since 24th march, 2020 till date.in the email dated above, cleartrip is misleading me and not giving me exact date even after 2+ months of flight cancellation. I implore you to please do the needful and have my funds released from the claws of cleartrip. I’ll never book any flights through cleartrip in future. This is sheer misuse of the present covid 19 situation across the country that some portals such as cleartrip are taking its customers for a ride. Was this information helpful? | |
