I have a booked ticket for return travel on 29 jan 2021, from jaipur to coimbatore,
booked for, date : 2.5. 2021, trip id: [protected], then we got message on 2.02.2021, , that our flight has been cancelled, due to technical operational reasons, so we opted for, the cancellation booking, and decide later
then we got a message that payment will be refunded through original mode of payment,
then i called indigo customer care number, they informed us, tat they have refunded the amount to cleartip, on 4th feb 2021,
but i have not received my amount, its 13.2.2021, why it is taking so long, Was this information helpful? |
