Cleartrip — refund not done yet | |||
I tried booking a flight for which I was charged on 7th of December but although money was debited, tickets weren't booked and till now I have not recieved the refund. I am tired of contacting customer care which is a bot and wont provide any details. Before I take legal action, I need to hear from a team representative of cleartrip regarding why they haven't responded to my mails. Was this information helpful? | |||
