Cleartrip — Refund not processed since 5 months | |||
Due to COVID 19 lockdown, my flight dated 23 March was cancelled by the Airlines from Mumbai(IND) to Melbourne (AUS). This would be eligible for full refund but it has been 5 months and Cleartrip is not responding after multiple follow ups. I was promised a refund in 60 days and then later told 90 days but all these timelines have been passed, and I am starting to think I am going to get my money back.
