I booked two tickets on 12 Nov 2019 at 15:51 hrs
New Delhi → Mumbai - Indigo
Mumbai → New Delhi - GoAIR
Just after the booking I realized I have to cancel these tickets, I immediately called cleartrip customer care. They told me If I book another tickets of Indigo for the same day, all my amount(full refund) will be refunded for Indigo.
After some time I got a call from Cleartrip that I will get a full refund for my GOAir bookings too.
I cancelled my tickets.
Now, They have refunded my GOAIR booking amount but full refund of Indigo is still pending.
Its been more than a month I am trying to get an explanation. All they say is they will hear the recordings and call me in 48 hrs.
I called them 5 times but they never called me to explain why I dint get my amount for Indigo Was this information helpful? |
