Due to Covid, We canceled our ticket from Indigo airlne with trip Id[protected] after discussing with clear trip that Indigo is ready to refund their cancellation amount with Indigo voucher, Customer executive from Clear trip told that they will refund the whole amount they get from airline. Indigo airline has provided the Indigo vouchers for all their canceled amount,
And Inidigo has also refunded the remaining amount to Clear trip as this was canceled due to covid I would expect that Clear trip also refund us back refunded money received from Indigo but when I called customer executive again they refused for full refund amount and only providing the refund of 58 INR instead of ~3000 INR. This is very unethical because it was all well discussed before cancelling the tickets.
