Cleartrip — Refund not received for Trip[protected]

This is regarding a trip which I was trying to book on 3rd May, 2022 with Cleartrip.

The payment was not successful, but the amount INR 23090 was deducted from my bank account.

Please refer the details below shared by Cleartrip Finance team.

RRN - [protected] for INR 23090
Trip ID[protected]

The refund is still not credited to my account and it has been 1 month now.

Kindly help in this regard and do the needful. Thanks.
