Cleartrip — refund not received for trip id [protected] | |||
Respected authorities, I am really disheartened by the service i have received. I am complaining with reference to the trip id [protected]. The airline has cancelled the fright from their end and have processed the refund. However the refund is still stuck at your end as i now strongly believe that i should not have booked it from clear trip. I had a conversation with multiple customer care employees, where in the last agent from your team after 1hr 30 min of conversation confirmed that the refund will be processed in 5 working days. Which now is the 8th day. The reference which he provided me was 10637147, unsure if this is a valid reference. I am trying to contact clear trip customer care and i am not able to get through to anyone since morning, hence raising this complaint. I need this matter to be looked into with highest priority and i need a call back from the concerned authorities asap. Regards, Unhappy customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
