I have cancelled the flights from Cleartrip on October 11, 2020 and December 11 was refund date mentioned.
From December 11 I have been calling them over 30 times for refund: the only response Iam getting now is we have competed the refund process from our end (Cleartrip) please check with your wallet or Bank. They have also mentioned the ARN number, for which my father had been to bank and checked the provided ARN, but there was no transaction happened with that ARN.
Its been too much mental torture calling them over this many times and visiting the bank.
It's becoming a loop Cleartrip to Amazon Wallet to Bank Customer service to Visiting the bank again back to Cleartrip. Was this information helpful? |
