Intimation received from Cleartrip that refund will be processed in 5-7 working days. It has been 10 days now and no refund received.

No resolution on this yet. Cleartrip is clearly avoiding. Customer service is non-respondent. Call center directly plays voice message to complain online. Online customer service is not reponding.
