This is by far the worst experience i have ever had dealing dealing with a call center just to get my money back.
Emails are not being replied to, agents are trying their best to end the calls, managers are desperately avoiding escalations calls. What else. I wonder how on earth do you call your self a customer service organisation.
I have emails/ calls recordings confirming refund to be processed by 05.04.19. Till date it is almost june and i haven't received anything and your staff pretend to be ignorant of the matter and just keep putting the blame on something else.
Your managers are even more pathetic. I was promised numerous call backs in 48hrs, never received one. Out of the umpteen number of calls made to you guys requesting for a manager, not once have your managers had the courtesy to speak to a customer trying to get answers for his money.
