Cleartrip — refund of money for not booked tickets but money debited

I tried to book a flight ticket from bhubaneswar to bangalore. Money is debited from my credit card but i got message that (Sorry, we were unable to confirm your booking. We know it’s annoying, but it happens. There's no need to worry, we promise to call you within the next 4 hours to book the same
