Ref: trip i d.[protected]. This is inform you i had booked 3 tickets for my family. Visakhapatnam to delhi on the 3-4-2020 unfortunately due to pandemic lockdown flights were cancelled and therefore i cancelled my ticket on[protected]. I was promised credit of complete refund on[protected] at 12:03 pm but to my dismay no credit and no response from your such a prestigious company which now proves to cheat it’s premium customers and donot care for them. Be assured when your company cheats
Customers good lord is gonna cheat you and get you into big loss for sure. But i shall bring into media and legal proceedings about your system. So be assured your company will be served legal notice as i have all necessary information and evidence which proves that airline has given you full refund but you people donot have a heart to give back to customers, just give them mental torture.
