Cleartrip — refund of rescheduling trip under flexi fare | |||
I have booked ticket from dibrugarh to nagpur on 23.01.2020 under flexifare With trip id is[protected] for my cousin mr. Nilay and rescheduled for 28.01.2020 by calling to customer care executive mr. Kumar sutar and they told me that the fare difference and charges which i have paid is refundable under flexifare after completion of the trip. Later the trip i called for my refund amount they told me that it will be taken care by digit insurance and they forwarded the case to them as per their tie-up with digit insurance, so i will have to wait. After few days i got an email form digit insurance that i preponed my trip so i am not eligible for refund. I immediately replied with correction and called cleartrip and digit insurance too. But they asked me to wait. And thereon i have been calling them and asked for the refund still they say i will have to wait. This is really unprofessional attitude and work. And they dont even email and call regarding update and fool me that we will call you and email you. Its an harassment. Was this information helpful? | |||
