Cleartrip — refund of ticket in go air

I have booked Cochin to Chennai ticket through Cleartrip, unfortunately the flight has cancelled by airline and I have contacted airline and they confirmed that they will refund full amount for that sector to cleartrip account, after that they sent confirmation mail also with amount details. Then I contacted Cleartrip customer care they told Qar.50 convenience fee will deduct and balance will refund, then I told already Qar.50 convenience fee deducted when ticket booking time. Then they have confirmed full amount will credit to my account. Now I received an email and it is showing a deduction of Qar.50 for convenience fee. This is not acceptable, Airline has paid you full amount to you they how you can take again such fees from customer. Then better we can book tickets directly from airline pages. Why should we depending 3rd parties if there is no advantage.
