Cleartrip — Refund rejected

I booked a flight ticket to Mumbai on cleartrip. Total price was 2800. The flight was supposed to be on 7th Oct 2015. I cancelled my ticket on 5th oct. They did not refund anything, also they took 200 Rs extra for cancellation charges.

Requesting a Full Refund. Below email was from their customer Support.

"Hi,

Thank you for writing to us for flight reservation against your Trip ID : [protected].

We apologize for the delay in replying to your e-mail and also for the inconvenience caused to you.

Please find below the break-up of charges which are deducted:-

1. Airline cancellation charges of 106% base fare will be deducted per passenger per sector( Base fare is: 2, 400+106%(144) = 2544/-.
2.Cleartrip cancellation charges of Rs. 250/- per passenger per sector.
3.Convenience fee of Rs. 200/- is non refundable upon cancellation.

Kindly note the cancellation penalty is higher then the paid amount.

Hence, we regret to inform you that, no refund shall be applicable from our end.
