Cleartrip — refund status and unprofessional | |
On May 9th 2019, I cancelled a flight from LHR you MNL 3 hours before the flight since the check in agent with Cathy pacific informed the passenger (British citizen) that a transit visa will be needed to transit HKG which the layover was 4 hours. I received and email from cleartrip regarding the”Priorty” refund on the 17th of May stating” Your refund should be processed in no later than 1 days” It’s now the 10th of June 2019 and there is no refund. I’m consistently being informed that they are waiting for the airlines and when I call the airlines they tell me they are waiting for cleartrip. So far the WORST experience I’ve ever had. I was told that a callback would be done in 3 hours, that was around 5 days ago. I made a mistake booking another flight with cleartrip. It will definitely be the last time and this is just the first complaint. Was this information helpful? | |
