Cleartrip — refund the ticket that the airline cancelled

I receive this email a month ago telling me that my flights was cancelled.

Hi Danilo Valencia,

We regret to inform you that Saudi Arabian Airlines has cancelled your RUH-MNL flight SV-862.Unfortunately the airline has not provided an alternative.So we request you to callCleartrip customer care[protected] to check if any other flight option might work for you. In case you wish to proceed with the refund, please logon to www.cleartrip.com/account/trips to cancel your trip and claim refund.

Important Note:
• While cancelling your trip online, please select “Flight cancelled by airline” as the reason for cancellation so that the appropriate refund can be processed.

And I follow what is the procedure I cancel my ticket and ask for refund but till now I did not receive any message from Saudi Airline or cleartrip regarding this refund it's more than 23 days but it's seems like I'm waiting for nothing.
