Cleartrip — refund under dgc policy | |
I book my ticket from delhi to kolkata and then cancel with the permission of clear trip they said that full amount is refundable according to dgc policy. And then they cancel my ticket and after 7 days i ask then they tell we will call back u in 48 hours your case is highlited and then again 2-3 times i call same reply sorry for inconvenience call back in 48 hours and didn't give me refund. I have booked a flight on Nov 21st 2019. And i have my ticket at the same day. Today its Dec 1st 2019. Its more than 9 days. Help me on getting my refund amount back. " My booking id[protected]" Please help me.
