Cleartrip — refunds

I had booked one-way ticket from dubai to davao on for 8th april 2019 and at the time of payment deducted from my credit card, my trip id is[protected], due to personal problems i had canceled trip, i received email that refunds will credited to my credit card account 5 to 7 working days.

After that i have been in touch with costumer care several time but no proper response only saying i have to wait for airline response, it’s already passed one month still customer care saying same wait for replay from airlines, i don’t know to whom should i ask, can i expect any help here please, i called clear trip many times but all the time, they replied like the amount will credit to account for and till now not get it. When i asked after the time period of refund they said they cannot
