Hi Team,
Recently I've booked a ticket from BLR to AUH by using Cleartrip. I opted Etihad airways. while booking I chose with check in baggage filter. But when I chose the flight in it mentioned "Failed to Load" for both cabin & check in baggage allowance instead of 0 kg. Being aware that I chose economy with filtering out with check in baggage, I proceeded with my booking since my connecting flight is matching with its timing. Now still I can't see my check in baggage allowance.
I reached their customer support, now they're saying, "FOR GOODNESS THEY'RE GIVING AT LEAST CABBIN BAGGAGE OF 7KG". It's a complete breach of service agreement. They're behaving rude when I asked them. I tried multiple times. If they don't provide the service as they promised I have to pay thousands of rupees additionally. Later I checked their X handle also, I found many people like me. No one is responding to me no matter how many times I'm trying to reach them. That's why I'm trying to escalate this to officials. I hope you're going to resolve this issue.
