Regarding multiple attempts to get the grievance address but to no avail, vide above ref no. I have booked a ticket mistakenly rpr-bom-rpr instead bom-rpr-bom, just with in 2 hrs of booking on date informed the call centre no, but it has come to my utter surprise that deduction of 18930/will be applicable if i cancel the ticket as that was the only option suggested to me.. I hope cleartrip will understand the hard earned money and will do the the needful as an exceptional case. Regards Was this information helpful? | |||

I want to ask that i will get the ticket or i will get the money that has been deducted
And when it will be refunded
