Cleartrip — regarding my flight booking cancellation

I have booked flight trip number [protected]. Yesterday by mistake and technical issues on mobile app thi strip was cancelled. From that time i am continuously calling customer care but they are not connecting. I want to continue that booking . But no customer help from them. If a booking is left incomplete immediately their customer assistant calls and do the booking. But no help now. Pl continue my booking
