Cleartrip — regarding the non receival of the deducted amount from my account for the unsuccessful payment

Greetings,

I am writing to you regarding the refunding of the ticket fare for trip ids[protected] and[protected]. Since both these payment were unsuccessful and for the same amount was deducted from my account on 18 feb 2020. And till now i have been waiting for the refunding. Please do the needful as soon as possible. Please contact me on [protected].

Attached the screenshot of the mails got from you with trip ids for your reference.

Consider this as important and do the necessary at the earliest.
