I tried to book train Tickets online & received below massage but ticket amount was detected from account so kindly let us know what are process for refund.

We are trying to confirm your booking. Please call us in the next 15 minutes to know the latest on your booking. If the confirmation does not happen, We will process a full refund immediately and you will receive an email confirming the same.

Once we have processed your refund, the amount will be credited to you (please be patient—banks can be ponderously slow—your refund may take up to 14 working days to be credited to you)
