I've booked a ticket dated: 1 dec 2019, trip id: [protected]. Later that day, i called the cleartrip customer care to inquire about the cancellation refund amount and rescheduling possibility.
The agent name: reem (R. [protected]@flyin.com) attended my call and said she doesn't suggest to cancel the flight but will get back to me after checking the possibility for rescheduling.
After a few hours she called me and said by mistake she rescheduled my flight to 30 jan 2020 without my confirmation. I told her, i need same flight of 1 dec 2019 but she said it's not possible to again reschedule back in spite, she herself rescheduled to 30 jan 2020.
After several discussions, she told me to reschedule by myself and pay extra charges that will be refunded to my account. She wrote me a confirmation mail then rescheduled the flight. Since then she is not answering my call and blocked my email address.
I want the action to be taken within the next hours otherwise, i'll file a legal complaint (I've got the call recordings and confirmation with the above email address)
