Cleartrip — The ticket has paid but not confirmed

Booked a train ticket from Jaipur to Agra 2015/11/19 and got 2 messages with the subject: "Your JAIPUR-AGRA FORT one-way trip did not get booked now, but we will try to confirm it-Please wait!" The amount was deducted twice from my credit card and i have no received any mail or booking confirmation so far. So basically i have two problem: - The Cleartrip made me payed the booking twice. - I didn't received comfirmation on any of them.
