I booked five tickets through their system. The tickets were never confirmed and finally cancelled by them. On calling them they said they would refund the money in a week. It's been 6 weeks and there has still been no refund despite the repeated calls.
I keep asking them for the transaction id for the refund so i can check with my bank but the only answer i get is that the money has been refunded and they refuse to give the transaction id.
They said a case was created but there are still no no updates for the last six weeks
