Cleartrip — ticket confirmation not received yet

Hi, myself manpreet kaur i booked my ticket from delhi to sochi on oct 24 at 7.30 pm. But some error pops up and says cleartrip people will call me in 4 hour. As money is also deducted from my account. After seeing my bank statement i called techprocess to inquire about my money as ticket is not confirmed. So techprocess sent me an email by saying transaction is successful. On 27 of oct i got email from cleartrip with the ticket confirmation and booking i’d[protected] it’s is on the name of mr. Gagan singh. As i booked my ticket on my name manpreet kaur. Even though the passport number is wrong too. They have shared someone’s else personal information with me. I called cleartrip more than 20 times. But they are asking me same stupid question and not able to resolve my issue. As i have to fly on nov 6. Please help me.
