Hi Team,
I have a my parent return flight booked from DEL - SFO - DEL for 25 May 2021 and returing on 11 Nov 2021. At that time covid-19 was in peak in India, US canceled all the flight from India and my parent flight got cancelled. After this we reachout to cleartrip via call and they told us that Cleartrip change our ticket for open ticket and we received the mail for the same.
Now if we are trying to reach out to them they are saying your flight is canceled and you have to pay us if you want to make a booking.
I am not sure what to do here as they told us ticket is an open ticket and all this time we assume that we will reachout to cleartrip when we want to continue our booking. If they have canceled our flight atleast they should have issue a refund for the same last year which they never did.
Can you please help us on this and get our money back.
